The Live File Processor may be used within the Enterprise EQuIS Data Processor (EDP) to process EQuIS Live files as Electronic Data Deliverables (EDDs).
Complete the following steps to configure Enterprise EDP to process files using the EQuIS Live File Processor:
1.Add and/or update the Live File Processor settings for the Live Processor instance using the Live File Processor Widget.
2.Add the EDP Format Definition for the Live File Processor instance using the Workflow Widget.
Once the above configuration steps are completed, the Live File Processor EFD configuration will be an available format selection. Live EDD files can be loaded via the EDP EDD Upload Widget, the Email Retrieval Agent, or the FTP Retrieval Agent. The Enterprise Workflow Service FileProcess Agent then processes the Live EDD files per the Live File Processor settings as defined in the ST_CONFIG table.
The status of the submitted and processed EDDs can be viewed via the EDP EDD Status Widget. Note, the Live File Processor does not have separate 'create' and 'commit' processes. An EDD will only have one commit notice and no status updates. The notice (see ST_NOTICE_TEMPLATE.NAME) will be one of the following:
