Description: For all facilities which the user is subscribed to, this report will return the date of the most recent sample entered, the number of samples within the date range, and the number of samples that have been loaded year-to-date.

Installation Instructions: This report assembly is part of the EQuIS Professional installation. No additional installation steps are necessary.

Overview:

Samples must have DT_SAMPLE.SAMPLE_DATE populated in order to be included in this report.

Report Parameters

EDD Date Range
Start	Parameter for start of the EDD date range. This parameter defaults to 7 days ago.
End	Parameter for end of the EDD date range. This paramter defaults to today.
