Because the Sample Planning Module is comprised of the desktop application and the Enterprise dashboard, two discrete installations are required. Follow the instructions for both Installing SPM Desktop and Installing SPM Enterprise. See the Enterprise Permissions article to appropriately assign roles and permissions for various users.
