Affected Software Version: EQuIS 7
Symptoms: The error messages below may appear when users publish a report or form assembly to the database in EQuIS Professional.
The xxx.dll is not signed with a strong name. (ErrorCode_AssemblyNotSigned) |
Resolution: Sign the dll with a strong name by following the directions of Signing With A Strong Name.
The assembly public key token (...) of the xxx.dll is not approved. (ErrorCode_AssemblyPublicKeyTokenNotApproved) |
Resolution: Approve the public key token of the dll by following the directions of Approving Public Key Tokens.
Failed to load DLL "…". Please ensure all DLL's are unblocked. |
Resolution: Unblock the appropriate file(s) by following the directions here. Files that are downloaded from the Internet are often blocked by the Windows Operating System security settings, preventing Professional from correctly accessing report files.
This application tried to load a 32 bit application. Please restart this application in 32 bit mode to continue (to run in 32 bit mode run the EQuIS_x86.exe/EDP_x86.exe file from the EQuIS install directory - normally C:\Program Files\EarthSoft\EQuIS or, for per-user installation, %localappdata%\Programs\EarthSoft\EQuIS\). |
Resolution: This message may appear in builds prior to EQuIS Professional 7.21.1 even if the 32-bit version of EQuIS Professional is in use. Work through the above fixes.
